I received my set yesterday and noticed right away that the material is very thin and appeared somewhat cheap--not the microfiber I know. I washed everything except the pillows, and all appeard to have washed ok. We'll see how it holds up after a couple more washes. My main concern was the bed skirt. I don't know what the material is that covers the box springs, but it's not a fabric in my opinion, and with the slightest tug, it tore from the hem connecting it to the striped "micro fiber" panel. This set will most likely not last me a year. It's definitely not worth the $49 I paid, much less the $200 value that the seller claims. I don't recommend it.
UPDATE NOV. 10: After using this set for while, I have found that the comforter is quite warm and soft. My husband loves it, and even though I orginally said that I do not recommend it, I am actually considering buying the queen sized version, so that it will extend further down the sides of the bed (I feel that the full sized does not extend far enough.) and fold the full sized comforter at the foot of the bed with the opposite pattern exposed. So, although I still do not believe that the set would ever be worth $200, I am finding more to like about it. Not a total loss.
