And to think...I almost spend hundreds of dollars on a down comforter! I am so happy I decided to purchase this one. I read the reviews and wasn't discouraged. Personally, I wouldn't have a down comforter on my bed without a duvet cover, so I wasn't concerned with noise. Anyways, when I recieved the comforter I immediately took it out and let it breath for a few hours on the bed without the duvet. It was SUPER heavy. I was pleasantly surprised. That night I put the duvet cover on, which fit perfectly (a good sign to good quality!). I've had the blanket for about a week. It is very warm and heavy (keep in mind I bought a king). I am just so happy with my purchase and my great comforter that I get to cuddle with!
